Cosa accadrebbe se un’intelligenza sconosciuta — né umana né artificiale — osservasse la nostra vita dall’esterno del tempo? Se, attraverso una tecnologia al di là della nostra comprensione, riuscisse a condensare l’intera esistenza in un’unica immagine, come sarebbe rappresentato il nostro fluire? È da questa domanda che nasce l’esperimento che segue.
Attraverso Midjourney, abbiamo tentato di evocare istantanee impossibili: diapositive analogiche aliene in grado di contenere tutto ciò che siamo stati e che saremo. Ogni prompt è stato concepito come un’interrogazione poetica rivolta a un archivista di civiltà ignote, capace di trasformare il tempo in trama visiva e la memoria in luce distorta.
L’obiettivo non è “vedere meglio”, ma vedere diversamente. Le immagini che emergono da questi prompt non rappresentano la realtà, ma un suo residuo emozionale, un’eco simbolica dove infanzia, amore, perdita e morte si intrecciano come riflessi su una pellicola graffiata.
Qui, su Uncharted, ogni immagine è una soglia: non solo una suggestione visiva, ma una mappa mentale di ciò che resta quando si toglie la narrazione. Una forma di pensiero alieno che ci restituisce — deformati e amplificati — come in uno specchio rotto.
